Sales Associate

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding the products they need and provide product recommendations - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner - Demonstrate technical knowledge of products to assist customers with their purchasing decisions - Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed Experience: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries over the phone - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in is a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base - Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Skills: - Strong sales skills and ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we value diversity in our workforce We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
